We have a simple, easy-to-understand pricing model that scales with your business. Each Agent handles a specific purpose for a specific business. Each Agent includes a base channel of your choice, suitable for your business, including a generous number of interactions—enough for most small businesses. Additional interactions are charged at an additional price per your consumption.

Need a dedicated Agent to handle Sales Leads or to make outbound calls to customers? Just add additional Agents to handle those specific business cases.

Need the same agent to communicate on both Voice and Text … simply add an additional channel when you need it. Our Agents are multi-modal and multi-channel. It is easy to keep the same core Agent and add channels when you need them.

One channel of your choice is included in Agent price. You can choose additional channels per your needs. Choose your Agent’s channels of communication based on the purpose and the nature of the conversation.

Not all channels are made equal. Our experience is that customers prefer different channels based on the purpose, initiation source (business or customer), length of interaction and customer age group.
